Rainforest Natives in Papua New Guinea

This photo was taken deep in the rainforest of Papua New Guinea, three days rugged walk from the nearest road. Traditional lifestyles still prevail in the interior of PNG and my years of travel in the area have led me to conclude that the more traditional and simple (not simplistic) humans are, so, too is their corresponding happiness. In my most humbled opinion, the traditional tribes in the interior of Papua New Guinea are the happiest in the world. For more information, visit my website at www.originpng.com

Blake is the founder and guide of the organization Origin Papua New Guinea. His aim is to help reaffirm the cultural identity of the Kosua people as their country rapidly disintegrates into a modern 3rd world splintered society. Blake believes that the total immersion style of tourism bolsters community pride by establishing a genuine human to human cultural exchange.
